About Us

Our Mission

No survivor should walk their journey alone. SAW is a survivor-led nonprofit dedicated to providing trauma-informed education, emotional support, and practical resources for individuals impacted by sexual abuse, trauma, addiction, and mental health challenges.

We empower survivors to reclaim their lives and equip communities to stand against cycles of abuse and violence. Through support groups, mentorship programs, community education, and advocacy, SAW creates safe spaces for healing and growth.

A Message From Our Founder

Sexual Abuse Warriors (SAW) was born from the belief that real, lasting change is possible and that change begins with community.

As the founder and heart behind SAW, I have witnessed the power of healing when people come together, support one another, and refuse to stay silent about trauma.

I created SAW to be more than just a resource— it is a village, a safe space where survivors become Warriors, reclaiming their voices and their lives.

This mission is deeply personal to me. I am driven by compassion, resilience, and the unshakable truth that no one has to walk this journey alone. I see change happening every day in the lives we touch, and I know healing is possible because I’ve lived it, I’ve seen it, and I believe in it.

Through community, we build strength. Through strength, we build hope. And through hope, we create Warriors.

A Message From Our Secretary

This nonprofit is near and dear to my heart because I was once a victim of sexual abuse.

I didn’t have the support from family or resources to get the help I needed to heal.

That is exactly why I wanted to be apart of a movement that touches the heart of the matter… whether you're a parent, teacher, friend or a victim, you can feel safe and secure speaking about your story and making it into a testimony.

I am an advocate for Victims transitioning to Survivors and then becoming Warriors themselves. Please reach out to get the information, resources and support you need to help yourself or someone you know. We offer informative workshops, personal mentorship programs, education in class rooms and fun events where you can connect with a community of people who may have similar experiences.

Join us in our mission to eradicate injustice for victims of sexual abuse and advocate for healing and freedom to reach your full potential.

Our Values

R – Resilience

We honor the strength it takes to face each day. Resilience means rising after every fall, learning through struggle, and continuing forward with courage and hope.

E – Empowerment

We equip survivors with tools, support, and encouragement to reclaim their lives. Empowerment is about finding your voice, standing in your truth, and knowing your worth.

A – Acceptance

Healing begins with acceptance of your story, your journey, and your strength. We embrace every survivor with love and understanding, helping them accept themselves without shame or judgment.

C – Community

Change starts with community. Together, we build a village where survivors find strength, connection, and belonging. Through community, we lift each other up, break cycles of silence, and remind every person that they are not alone.

H – Hope

Hope lights the way forward. We believe that no matter the past, a brighter future is always possible. Hope is the promise that healing, joy, and peace can be found again.

These are the values that drive us to show up, stand strong, and support survivors every single day.

We are on a mission to REACH millions, because to truly heal, we must first reach each other. Together, through love, connection, and community, we build a village where no one walks alone.

Help us REACH further. Help us REACH deeper.

Because healing happens when we REACH together.
